Once you have chosen the club you want to work in, you have to audition. The day manager hires you for the day shift, the night manager hires you for the night shift, so call ahead and ask when you want to arrive. When you walk into the audition, it looks sexy but not horny. Don't wear stilettos stripper and your audition costume at the club. Also, don't wear your gym clothes or your Juicy Couture workout suit. Some clubs hire you without an audition just because of their appearance in their streetwear. Consider wearing a short skirt or tight pants that flaunt your figure and a sleeveless or low-cut blouse. Just bring your audition attire: stripper stilettos, legal thong, two attire. If the club gets you auditions, you can expect to dance a song on the main stage or on a smaller satellite scene.

Make sure you have your photo ID and maybe even your social security card. Many of the larger chain clubs ask you to fill out the IRS W-9 form. This indicates that you agree to be an independent contractor and are responsible for filing your own tax return. You must obtain any city or state license. The club provides information.
At some point, the club manager or the mother of the house gives you an overview of the club's rules and procedures. In most clubs you can expect to be responsible for the different rates. The house rates are basically a phase rental rate that you pay to the club every night. In addition, you will be asked to set a mandatory minimum for DJs, security professionals, housewives and sometimes the manager.
Once you are hired, the real work begins! My name is Rebecca and I run Strip and Grow Rich, the original Stripper School in Las Vegas. Exotic dancing can be a lucrative career if you have the skills to sell and close expensive trips to the champagne room. It took me about four years of trial and error to fix it. I still dance occasionally in Dallas and I help women become a stripper, improve their stripper salary, and spend that money to improve their lives.
